Every managed device has its running and startup configuration backed up to encrypted storage on every change. The diff between prior and new is preserved with timestamp, author, and change-management ticket. Roll back to any prior version in one click. 1-minute polling for managed devices, 5-minute for the rest. Critical conditions follow the escalation path; HTS also notifies on-site IT for non-critical conditions such as a printer being out of ink or paper. WAN circuits, ISP uplinks, SD-WAN tunnels, inter-VLAN routing all charted.
