HTS Managed · NetOps

The network is the data plane. Someone has to own it.

HTS NetOps is the managed-service wrapper around the network HTS already runs for every customer on a Verkada SOW. WAN health, ISP failover, SD-WAN orchestration, change windows with maintenance mode, Bronze / Silver / Gold SLA tiers. $8-15 per device per month + $250 per site.

The Problem

The network is a 3-vendor patchwork. The IT director is the integration layer.

Meraki at the campus. Cisco Catalyst at the data center. Fortinet or Palo Alto at the edge. A Cradlepoint or Peplink for cellular failover. The IT director's job is making the four vendors agree. The IT director's budget is the four vendor contracts. HTS NetOps is the one throat to choke: one agreement, one dashboard, one NOC. The four vendors stay; the integration moves to HTS.

Single-pane-of-glass

Every supported switch, AP, firewall, and SD-WAN edge in one dashboard. Auvik powers the topology auto-discovery, config backups, performance metrics, and syslog aggregation. Qualifying UniFi support requires customer-maintained UI Care and UniFi CyberSecure; no UniFi-specific price is set.

  • Meraki, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, Cradlepoint, Peplink, qualifying UniFi
  • Auto-discovered topology map
  • Config backups with change diffs
  • Syslog + NetFlow + IPFIX aggregation

SLA tiering: Bronze / Silver / Gold

Bronze is business-hours L1 — the right tier for a small office that can wait until morning. Silver is 24/5 L1 + L2 — the right tier for a regional operation with after-hours tickets. Gold is 24/7 L1 + L2 + L3 — the right tier for a healthcare anchor where downtime is a clinical event. You pick; HTS delivers.

  • Bronze: business hours, 24h response
  • Silver: 24/5 L1+L2, 4h response
  • Gold: 24/7 L1+L2+L3, 1h critical response
  • Quarterly SLA review included

Cellular failover, by policy

HTS's Peplink and Cradlepoint expertise ships in. Define a primary WAN, define a failover, define an RTO target, and HTS deploys the policy. WAN drops → failover engages in under 60 seconds. NOC gets the alert. Customer dashboard shows the incident. Same alert format as Sentinel, BadgeFlow, and the rest of the HTS Managed family.

  • Peplink, Cradlepoint, Meraki Z-series
  • Auto-failover < 60s
  • RTO target per site
  • Failover policy deployment < 5 min

Change windows with maintenance mode

Friday firmware update at 2 AM? Schedule it. Maintenance mode suppresses the alert storm; the NOC tracks the change; the audit log captures the change-management ticket. The customer dashboard shows the change in flight and the customer gets a post-change report when the window closes.

  • Scheduled maintenance windows
  • Alert suppression during changes
  • Change-management ticket linked
  • Post-change report

Pricing

One transparent model. $495 / site / month + per-product meter.

Same hybrid platform + usage model as the rest of the HTS Managed family. No setup fee on the platform, no minimum commitment beyond the platform fee, no per-incident overage. Volume discounts kick in at $2,500, $10,000, and $50,000 of total MRR.

Proof

From a real customer.

"We had a 30-minute outage on a Friday that would have been a 4-hour outage without the failover policy. The NOC had it diagnosed and the primary link back up before the operations team had finished their coffee."
