PRIVACY POLICY

What this site collects, and what we do with it.

This page describes the information htsmanaged.com collects through its contact and quote forms, how Harris Technology Services uses it, and what we do not do with it. Last updated September 2026.

What the forms collect

The contact and quote forms on this site ask for your name, work email, company, and your role, plus whatever you type into the free-text field — usually the question you want answered or a short description of the project. The form on the Verkada page also offers an optional phone number. Submitting a form requires checking a consent box, so nothing is sent that you did not explicitly choose to send.

How we use it

We use what you send for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and route it to the right person on the HTS sales team. If you ask us a follow-up question later, the earlier exchange is there so you do not have to repeat yourself.

What we do not do

Analytics

Analytics on this site is off until you allow it. The consent banner you see on your first visit is the control: choose Allow analytics or Use essential only, and you can change or withdraw that choice from the same banner at any time. If you have Global Privacy Control enabled in your browser, the site honors it and does not ask.

When analytics is on, it collects nothing you typed into a form: names, email addresses, phone numbers, and free-text entries are filtered out before anything reaches the analytics provider.

Questions

If you want to know what we hold about you, or you want it corrected or deleted, email hello@htsmanaged.com and we will take care of it.
